Saints sign Donte Ingram

Wellington Saints (NBL) signed 29-year old American forward Donte Ingram (199cm-98kg-1996, college: Loyola, IL). He just played at Iowa Wolves (NBA G League) in the U.S. In 44 games he had 6.5ppg, 2.7rpg and 1.3apg last season.
Last year (seven years after his graduation) he was drafted by Iowa Wolves (G-League) in second round (45th overall).
The former Loyola University of Chicago star is in his eighth season in pro basketball.
He is quite experienced player. Ingram has played in six different countries on five different continents (Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa and of course North America). He has played professionally in Holland (Groningen), Romania (Dinamo Bucuresti), New Zealand (Giants), Libya (Al Ahly Tripoli), NBA G League (Texas Legends and Greensboro Swarm) and United Arab Emirates (Al Bataeh).
Among many awards Ingram's team made it to the Dubai International Tournament Semifinals in 2024. Ingram was voted to Australiabasket.com All-New Zealand NBL Honorable Mention back in 2021.
